You may recall last year a new kids art program appeared on the scene – the super cute Artea.  A venue where kids create and parents can have a cuppa and catch up.

Artea still offers a fabulous range of classes including school holiday programs, after school programs, daytime classes for toddlers and preschoolers, regular mothers group sessions, birthday parties, drop in sessions and evening adult classes.  (Check their website for details.)

The new venue provides much more space for mums, prams and just general comfort.  And opening out onto a grassy area out the front also means it’s much more toddler friendly than the old venue.

The art sessions are still just as fun – Charlie and his toddler friend happily created for an hour and when concentration spans needed a little break there was a toy corner that was very popular.  And don’t worry – tea and cakes are still very much on the menu!
