Children (and their parents) school age and above will no doubt recognise some of the characters on display from Christmases past – Immi (13) and Charlie (10) both enjoyed finding some of the stories we’ve seen in the windows over the years – and then there were some that they are too young to remember.

Seeing the model making process up close and understanding the planning that goes into each year’s windows makes you really appreciate just how incredible the Myer windows are!  One of my favourite moments is right at the very end where you get to see all the mechanisms that make the story come to life… the artists involved are very clever.
