Muppets Most Wanted
As the opening song says “We’re doing a sequel, we’re back by popular demand…” and they are going to do it all again. The opening song starts the movie on a high.. and there is plenty of groan worthy gags (that only the Muppets can get away with) and cameos to keep the grownups amused – along with madcap story line and loveable characters the kids will be enthralled.
When: Australian release date is 10 April 2014
Where: A local cinema near you!
Cost: Usual movie ticket prices apply
Review
In short: While on a grand world tour, the Muppets find themselves wrapped into an European jewel-heist caper headed by a Kermit lookalike and his dastardly sidekick.
Muppets fans are sure to love this latest instalment from the Muppets – plenty of madcap hilarity, completely surreal story lines and characters, toe tapping songs and a truck load of cameos.
I love the Muppets so naturally I wanted to love this film – and mostly I did! It was however 2 hours long – which is fine for me, but incredibly long for younger children – the 8 year old was fine but my 5 year old was squirming for the last 30 minutes. My 5 year old also had lots of questions – the ridiculousness of the plot was a little lost on him and so he had lots of questions about the Constantine (the Bad Frog).

[…] Yes those loveable Muppets are back on the big screen with another amazing cast and we are about as excited as Gonzo coming out of the cannon as we have five family passes to the film to give away (the in-season passes admit four and are RRP:$80 each).
