Do your kids love superheroes?  Do they love the circus?  Well, the Good Guys have teamed up with Circus Oz to provide FREE two-hour Super Hero Academy classes all around Australia with the aim of working with 8,000 children!

Our contributor Anna went along with two 9-year-olds to the preview Super Hero Academy workshop and this is what they had to say.

The mum:

The girls loved the experience.

It was well organized.  While we were there I spoke to a couple of Good Guys staff (there were lots of staff there).  And a woman from Circus Oz mentioned it’s been a year in the making so understandably they are very excited.

Although they say it’s suitable for children aged 6-12, I think like it’s probably more appropriate for children aged 6-10 years of age. 
Grade 5 & 6 might find it a bit easy?  But my grade 3s loved it.

The girls:

The trapeze was the best.  At the end, we got to abseil down “big bot“.

The human pyramid was harder than it looked!

At first we were a bit freaked out by the superheroes but they turned out to be really nice!  They gave us heaps of tips on how to do things.

We would recommend the good guys superheroes academy for a fun day out.  Best all it is free!!
