Thank you to Sally T Ridden for the great review and photographs.
Hoops, buffoonery, juggling, rope tangling, popcorn making (what the?!), rigging acrobatics and balance acts, balloons, snowfall, aerials, musical instruments, loose rope walking, balance acts, even a bottle balance walking feat. The balloon trick is quite revolting and of course the kids therefore love it – just don’t try it at home!
The audience was young families, 8 yrs and under. The kids totally enjoyed the human live circus experience.
Add snow play, a talking tree, three kids rides and amusement clown game available directly outside the Spiegeltent then throw in the free Play Doh sessions within Harbour Town and the kids had a full 4 hrs of entertainment plus lunch!
It’s Snowtime – Snow Play

Has your little one not yet seen snow, is the drive to real snow just a bit too far and hard? Yet you don’t want them to miss out on the snow experience…
Then head under the Melbourne Star Observation Wheel for It’s Snowtime – an undercover enclosed man-made snow zone for the little ones to build their own snowman, unlimited snowball targets, and a mini snow mountain to tube down, or simply play in the snow.
Sessions must be pre-booked and run for 50 minutes on the hour with fresh snow produced each session. The audience we encountered on our visit was definitely “below the waist” and mainly Prep, pre-school and under but most kids 8yrs and under would all enjoy.
Don’t forget your gloves, jacket, beanie and even a scarf, it definitely gets icy cold down low in amongst all the snow activities! Photo finish the memory under snow fall as you exit.
